As Original Survey Solutions (OSS) continues to grow its footprint and service offerings, the firm has hired Catrina Reynolds as Business Development Manager. In this new role, Reynolds will help deepen client partnerships and support the expansion of OSS’s surveying and civil engineering services throughout the Western United States.

OSS President Will Paul says that hiring Reynolds was consistent with the firm’s philosophy of adding exceptional people and giving them the tools they need to succeed, rather than identifying the role first and then filling it.

“One meeting with Catrina and I was sold,” says Paul “If she can do that with me, I can only imagine what she’ll do for OSS. Not only does she exhibit professionalism, confidence, and an ability to build trust quickly, but she is the kind of person who can walk into any environment and connect. She listens carefully and has a built-in empathy that’s rare in any business. It’s incredible how quickly she’s learned to communicate our capabilities clearly and confidently. We’re extremely lucky to have her.”

Reynolds said she was drawn to OSS’s culture and commitment to quality.

Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, East Bay.
